I’ve been putting off upgrading to WordPress 1.5 for a while because I couldn’t find a decent theme to use with it (the old one is a 1.2.x-only style). Now that the old server is dying, though, I need to get the weblog off of it and onto a temp box. Since the temp box is running WP 1.5 already, I decided to get the update over with and throw a slightly-modified, already-out-of-date copy of equiX on the site as a temporary look. (Sorry if it breaks anything for anybody.)
Hopefully, this will also help with some of the trackback spam I’ve been seeing of late.
Now I need to finalize the changes I’ve been tinkering with for the future theme (it’s based on gila) and import the old database into the new one. That’ll hopefully happen later this month.
Oh, and as long as I’m burning a post on admin-type stuff…
